● Managing all digital marketing channels including social media platforms, website content, online campaigns, and email marketing activities
● Coordinating marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and partnerships to maximize hotel exposure and market presence
● Creating engaging marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content aligned with brand standards
● Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify new marketing opportunities and improve campaign performance
● Working closely with the Sales, Operations, and Revenue teams to support business objectives and drive occupancy, food & beverage, and event revenues
● Managing relationships with external agencies, media partners, influencers, and suppliers to ensure effective campaign execution
● Tracking marketing budgets and preparing monthly reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI)
● Supporting the planning and execution of hotel events, seasonal promotions, and community engagement initiatives
● Ensuring all marketing activities reflect the hotel’s brand identity and deliver exceptional guest experiences
