We have an exciting opportunity for you as Marketing Manager to join our enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina.

As the Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement the marketing strategies for the hotel to increase brand awareness, communicate promotions to all relevant target markets including digital marketing campaigns, social media activities to support brand positioning, and address hotel business needs. This exciting role will create and maintain a comprehensive media and marketing contact management system relevant to the target audiences of the hotel.

You will work closely across all hotel departments, seeking proactive opportunities and planned promotions to address specific business challenges, as required. You will develop and own promotional activities, marketing channels and the production of marketing materials for specific events; manage and promote the hotel on IHG’s branded websites; and control marketing budgets by using resources effectively

Ideally, to successfully fill this role, you should have an educational degree, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a relevant field of work with 2 to 5 years of progressive work-related experience. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented and organized, with ability to work under pressure of deadlines and ever-shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must be a team player, have strong interpersonal skills, and work well independently as well as part of a team, flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Further, you should have strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize various projects and demonstrated proficiency in business software products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Must have strong presentation skills, curious, proactive, and self-motivated. Experience in the hotel industry is preferred.
