InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel & residence in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Clean and maintain all public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, staircases, and back-of-house areas.
• Ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Replenish supplies in public restrooms and ensure that amenities are fully stocked and functional.
• Immediately respond to guest requests or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the appropriate departments.
• Operate cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, etc.) safely and efficiently.
• Support housekeeping team with additional tasks during peak periods or special events.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and hotel standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance and demonstrate positive body language and demeanor.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

• 2+ years in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Passion for hospitality with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Positive and approachable personality.
