Your Day to Day
As a Field Sales Manager, you will be the face of InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa in the market, cultivating relationships and generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to attract high-value clients, including corporate accounts, government entities, travel agencies, and event planners. Your role will involve direct interaction with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our luxury offerings in a compelling manner.
What We Need From You
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
- Native Arabic speaker
- Proven track record in a sales management role, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence high-profile clients
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and its dynamics
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and meet or exceed targets
