1.检查每日活动订单和工作日志对所有活动和临时更改做到了如指掌。
2.与客人建立良好的关系,收集和更新客人的个人信息，喜好习惯和爱好，确保提供个性化VIP接待服务。
3.配合宴会经理及副经理协调宴会活动。
4.问候客人，并和客人从头至尾沟通活动细节，且适时提出合理安排。
5.工作结束后检查宴会所有区域，确保厅房和各种设备设施的正确摆放并干净整洁。
6.能为各种活动做好台型图及设备方面的准备。
7.全面掌握各种类型活动的摆台方法。
8.以专业的态度回答客人的咨询和要求，积极与相关内部部门沟通，以提供适当的服务。
1.女性身高165cm以上，形象气质佳。
2.性格开朗，善于交流，抗压能力强，有良好的组织能力和团队精神。
3.学习能力强，1年以上前厅或餐饮服务经验，有亲和力，有VIP服务接待及政务接待经验优先。
4.大专及以上学历，懂得基本商务接待礼仪，空乘、酒店管理专业优先。
5.有熟练的服务技能技巧和一定的应变能力，能妥善处理服务中出现的一般性问题。
