• Have previous restaurant waiting experience (essential).

• Deliver warm, attentive and professional service with confidence.

• Have a passion for outstanding food, wine and hospitality.

• Be eager to expand your knowledge of wine, cocktails and premium dining.

• Thrive in a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Be a reliable team player with exceptional presentation and communication skills.

• Hold a current NSW RSA .
