1. 协助餐厅经理进行日常运营管理工作，包括但不限于员工排班、现场调度及突发事件处理，确保餐厅高效有序运转。
2. 监督餐厅服务质量，定期巡查各区域服务流程，及时纠正服务偏差，收集顾客反馈并推动改进措施落地。
3. 参与制定并执行餐厅营销活动方案，配合经理完成促销策划、物料准备及效果评估，提升顾客消费体验。
4. 负责餐厅物资管理，包括库存盘点、供应商对接及成本控制，确保物资供应充足且符合预算标准。
5. 协助处理员工关系，组织团队培训及团建活动，提升员工服务技能与团队凝聚力。
6. 维护餐厅环境卫生与安全标准，定期检查设备设施运行情况，及时排除安全隐患。
1. 不限学历，具备餐饮行业1年以上管理经验或同等岗位实习经历者优先。
2. 具备较强的沟通协调能力与问题解决能力，能独立处理客诉及突发状况。
3. 熟悉餐饮服务流程与标准，对菜品知识、酒水搭配有一定了解。
4. 工作态度积极，能承受高峰期工作压力，具备团队协作精神与服务意识。
5. 熟练使用基础办公软件（如Excel、Word）及餐饮管理系统者优先。
6. 持有健康证及食品安全相关培训证书者更佳。
