Your Day-to-Day (What You'll Do)
Guest Relations: Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and departure. Escort guests to rooms, explain room features, provide property tours, and assist with directions and general inquiries.
Operational Excellence: Deliver and retrieve guest luggage safely and promptly using proper equipment. Maintain a clean, organized lobby, bell desk, and luggage room.
Valet & Transportation: Safely Park and retrieve guest vehicles. Support guest transportation arrangements. Provide full information on hotel facilities and emergency procedures.
Administrative Accuracy: Accurately tag and store luggage, and maintain logbooks for luggage storage, VIP services, and shuttle schedules. Report incidents or special requests to the Bell Captain.
Team Support: Assist colleagues with group arrivals/departures and follow instructions from the Bell Captain and Front Office team. Always maintain pristine grooming and uniform standards.
What We Are Looking For
Valid Driver’s License: A clean, valid driver’s license and the ability to safely operate various types of vehicles.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy luggage, and spend shifts standing, walking, and moving in various weather conditions.
A naturally warm, friendly personality with excellent communication and team-player skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
