Director of Catering/Senior Catering Manager

The Assistant Director of Catering will be responsible for generating catering leads and convert. Assist in providing day-to-day leadership to the Catering team in delivering the guest experience from event planning, to handling customer requirements during meetings, to post-event follow-up with customers. This role also involves working closely with MICE Fulfillment Team to develop expertise in understanding sectorial/customer needs and event details, and the management of the Events team in their daily tasks.
