Your day to day

As Food & Beverage Team Leader in our staff village you will ensure the smooth conduct and customer focused delivery of food and beverages throughout bar, store and dining area. This role will utilize your expertise and knowledge to work with the team to deliver exceptional service to our amazing staff who call our island home whilst ensuring responsible service and policies are adhered to, maintaining a safe and fun environment for everyone to enjoy after hours. You will play a role in developing the team to create a positive and productive work environment; motivating and working alongside them to ensure they deliver results and service in the food and beverage space.

What we need from you

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who knows how to deliver great service and exceed expectations. Ideally you will have one year experience in a Food and Beverage Supervisory position, have excellent communication skills and be able to provide a high-level of service excellence to InterContinental Hayman Island Resort’s valued employees.
