Your day to day
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the hotel industry.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for increased revenue.
- Set and achieve sales targets for the hotel's rooms, event spaces, and other revenue-generating areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies.
- Promote and sell event spaces for conferences, weddings, and other functions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships and group bookings.
What we need from you
- Industry Knowledge
- Travel Flexibility
- Proven experience in a sales management role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales-related software
