Your day to day
Operational Management:

Assist the restaurant manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to established standards.

Supervise and train restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure the timely preparation and delivery of high-quality food and beverages.

Monitor inventory levels and work with the purchasing department to ensure adequate supplies and minimize waste.

Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Guest Experience:

Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.

Interact with guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Monitor guest feedback and reviews, taking appropriate actions to address concerns and improve service quality.

Coordinate with the restaurant manager to implement guest recognition programs, personalized services, and special promotions.
Staff Development:

Train and mentor restaurant staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance staff performance.

Assist in recruiting, selecting, and onboarding new team members, ensuring a high standard of service.
Financial Management:

Assist in developing and managing the restaurant budget, monitoring expenses, and optimizing profitability.

Ensure accurate cash handling procedures, including point-of-sale operations, cash reconciliation, and tip distribution.

Collaborate with the restaurant manager to implement cost control measures and identify revenue-enhancing opportunities.
Policies and Procedures:

Enforce company policies, procedures, and standards, including food safety regulations, liquor laws, and hygiene protocols.
