With the strategic rapid growth of our luxury brands in Qatar at IHG Hotels and Resorts, we are looking for a Housing Officer with luxury and lifestyle brand hotel experiences to join our team in Doha.

Just a stone’s throw from the many favourite sights of the Qatari capital, the hotel will welcome guests and locals to experience its 283 guest rooms, including suites and serviced apartments, and to enjoy a multitude of unique dining options.

Your role will include but not limited to: 

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the colleagues’ facilities (IT Room, Clinic, Gym, etc.) in the colleagues’ accommodation
• Ensure that the public areas are clean and well maintained by the third party cleaners
• Coordinate maintenance requests of the colleagues to the maintenance team and ensure that the issue is resolved on time
• Maintain room inventory, colleagues room allocation, and furniture inventory
• Report any maintenance or damages in the public areas to the maintenance team.
• Prepare the room of new joining colleagues including airport pick up if needed.
• Conduct room inspection on daily basis
• Update accommodation notice boards
• Respond to any emergencies related to the accommodation
• Be a ‘Go To’ person in the colleagues’ accommodation
• Create an environment of home in the colleagues’ accommodation
