Your day-to-day
- Manage all the hotel's orders for operational material.
- Inventory management.
- Management of Safety, Technical and RGSS files.
- Interdepartmental communication to meet needs.
- Incident Management Orders and Goods Reception.
- Making / Approval of Purchases by BSS.
- Review and Updating of Stock Par.
- Order Supervision.
- System Data Update (Prices, Contact Emails, etc...).
- Supervision of delivery notes / Invoices in BSS - Reconciliation of Delivery Note + Invoice.
- Flash Cost
- Supervision of REQ's
- Inventory + Spot Checks
- Inventory Supervision and Upload in BSS and Monthly Closing (Inv + Accruals).
What we need from you
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience working in a hotel.
• Must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages will be highly valuable.
• Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service.
