•Understand the customer information and the menu, and be responsible for preparing all the processing raw materials.

•Be responsible for the processing of food raw materials, and appropriately replenish the processing based on the usage amount to ensure the kitchen's turnover inventory.
负责食品的原料加工,并根据用量进行适当添补加工,保证厨房周转库存量;
•Work closely with each department to ensure the timely and adequate supply of processing raw materials, continuously improve the processing techniques, and increase the yield rate.
与各部门密切合作,保证提供加工原料及时适量,不断改进加工工艺,提高出净率;
•Strictly implement the Shangri-La food safety policy to ensure food safety;

• Use and maintain the equipment properly, and store the processing tools in a safe manner.
合理使用和维护好所用器械设备,妥善保管加工用具;
•Properly preserve raw materials before and after processing, and avoid waste.

• At least 3 years of experience in the same position, and those with experience in high-star hotels will be given priority consideration.
