1、负责中/西餐菜品的日常烹饪制作,确保出品质量稳定、口味达标;
2、按照标准食谱和操作流程进行食材准备、加工及烹饪;
3、保持厨房工作区域整洁卫生,严格执行食品安全规范;
4、合理控制食材成本,减少浪费,协助厨房物料管理;
5、定期维护和保养厨房设备,确保操作安全;
6、配合厨师长完成新菜品研发及菜单更新工作;
7、遵守酒店规章制度及厨房操作规范。

1、中专以上学历,厨师相关专业;
2、熟悉中/西方饮食的工作规范和要求,掌握配菜的各种操作技术的质量要求;
3、了解食品卫生法;
4、能按工作规范和质量标准要求独立进行工作,并有相应的技术等级;
5、具有一定的表达沟通能力,责任心强;
6、对菜品呈现有基本审美要求,愿意学习提升烹饪技术;
7、无不良嗜好,遵守职业操守和厨房纪律。
