Duties andResponsibilities工作职责
· Tocheck the hygiene for staff canteen and make sure it is clean and tidy.
检查员工餐厅卫生,确保用餐环境的干净整洁。
· To dothe survey and feedback to staff canteen supervisor and chef.
定期了解用餐员工的需求,并做到及时反馈。
· Remindthe staff not to waste food.
用餐时督促员工酌量提取,避免浪费。
· Toprepare the food for every shift according to the number of dinning.
根据预计用餐人数,做好各班次的安排。
· Preparesfood for associates efficiently and economically.
为员工高效率的提供食品,并做到物美价廉。
· Ensureshygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the kitchen includingstorage, cool rooms, freezers, dry stores.
保证厨房区域包括仓库、冷房、冷冻室、干库干净、整洁并做到卫生标准
· Ensuressafe and correct use of the equipment, tools and machinery.
保证安全、正确的使用设备、工具和机器。
· Ensuresthat the standards of uniform grooming and hygiene are maintained.
保证制服干净、整洁。
· Takespart in all scheduled training at his/her level.
参加所有相应级别的培训。
· Maintaina safe and secure working environment
维持一个安全可靠的工作环境。
· Beaware of care, and adhere to occupational and safety legislation, policies andprocedures.
强调保养职责,遵守工作区健康和安全法规,政策和程序。
· Initiateaction to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervise/managers ofpotential danger.

· Adhereto the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.

· Befamiliar with property safety, current first aid and fire emergency procedures.

· Complywith all hotel and corporate guidelines

QUALIFICATIONSAND REQUIREMENTS任职要求

· Familiar with the cleaning procedure.

· Familiar with any kinds of cooking knowledge and methods.

Qualifications –
学历
· Senior High School qualification and above. Preferred –Completed Technical education in Hospitality or Culinary school.

Experience –
经历
· Min 2 years working experience.
至少2年相关岗位工作经验。
