1、按照时间表定时为房间做清洁，及时高效为客人服务。
2、掌握所负责楼层的住客状况，提供对客服务。
3、管理好楼层定额物品，严格控制客用品消耗，做好废品回收。
4、负责对结帐房间的查房工作。
5、负责查收宾客洗衣、酒水的送回和补充工作。
6、负责楼层公共区域卫生的清洁工作。
7、负责杯具的清洁与消毒工作。
8、负责脏布草的收集、更换与新布草的折叠、摆放工作。
9、完成易耗品的每期盘点工作。
1、有1年以上客房工作经验。
2、身体健康，相貌端正。
3、接受过正规客房服务工作培训。
