(4) 教导员工现金安全程序
(5) 执行债务人控制
(6) 准备报告
(7) 监督出纳员系统
· 与电脑部主管协作，确保酒店系统根据标准正常运行。
· 确保对所有被拒绝的业务做出记录，并上报给前厅部经理。
· 有能力去处理客人的投诉。
