Role Purpose

Serve as a liaison between the assigned brand team and other corporate resources, agencies, vendors, and the brands. Work with vendors and key internal departments in order to traffic and/or evaluate assigned projects. Manage, catalogue, and ensure availability and accessibility to all resources including photography, guidelines, research, reports, etc. Coordinate successful participation in various internal and external functions representing multibrand initiatives, including new initiatives, special events, conferences and meetings. Support the assigned brand with essential functions including invoicing, coordinating executive 
brand reviews and management of the brand experience space.

Key Accountabilities

  • Partner with Field Marketing Managers, Directors, and cross-functional stakeholders to support customized marketing strategies and initiatives for assigned hotels, supporting successful hotel activations and long-term business objectives. 
  • Coordinate, manage, and deliver marketing initiatives and project activities, working closely with Field Marketing, Commercial, Digital Marketing, Revenue Management, Operations, agencies, vendors, and other cross-functional teams. 
  • Support the execution and localization of above-property marketing initiatives and brand programs to optimize hotel performance and business goals. 
  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of assigned marketing initiatives, including website readiness, digital marketing activations, creative assets, and vendor deliverables. 
  • Monitor project milestones, operational readiness, and performance metrics; proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and support continuous process improvements. 
  • Partner with internal Digital Marketing teams, agencies, and vendors to coordinate paid media activations and other digital marketing initiatives. 
  • Review and coordinate website content, digital assets, and marketing copy to support hotel marketing initiatives and ongoing optimization. 
  • Support updates to hotel content, photography, and digital marketing assets across relevant channels to ensure accuracy, brand compliance, and an optimal guest experience. 
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing and regional teams to support strategic marketing initiatives, share best practices, and drive consistent execution across the AMER region. 
  • Maintain knowledge of digital marketing best practices, marketing technologies, systems, and emerging tools to support operational excellence. 
  • Support ongoing optimization of marketing processes, reporting, documentation, and tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and stakeholder experience.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or Commerce or related disciplines.  
  • Additional studies and courses desirable (e.g., Revenue Management, Hospitality, Distribution, Marketing, etc.). 

 

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years relevant experience in digital marketing, including campaign management, channel management, paid media, SEO, social media, PR, etc.  
  • Travel and/or Hotel Industry experience preferred.  
  • Strong analytical and business acumen. 

 

Technical skills & knowledge

  • Understanding of hotel industry, particularly in digital marketing. 
  • Knowledge across a wide area of digital marketing disciplines. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, written communications, and data analysis skills, including the ability to write effective marketing copy, proofread, and follow style guidelines. 
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to effectively and competently handle multiple projects simultaneously and the flexibility to quickly adapt to changes in work objectives and available technologies. 
  • Ability to perform multiple efforts in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
  • Coordination and execution of assigned marketing initiatives and operational deliverables. 
  • Project tracking, documentation, and marketing readiness for assigned hotels. 
  • Overall revenue-driving strategy for assigned hotels (up to approximately 30) 
  • Successful execution and activation of hotel marketing initiatives 
  • Continuous improvement of marketing processes, tools, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration
