Your day to day
- Coach and develop team members; inspire and motivate sales success; effectively manage team and individual seller performance to achieve success metrics.
- Coach sellers to listen to understand each account’s needs and expectations and delivers tailored solutions to the account which maximise returns to the client and our business, intentionally differentiating our offerings vs. competitors. Drives and maximises revenue and market share growth from account portfolio, resulting in achievement of team sales targets which contributes to the outperformance of our brands and fuels growth for the company, with focus on Luxury & Lifestyle brands.
- Leads and directs company resources across a portfolio of accounts that focus on higher-rated, premium business, including major travel management companies and agencies., luxury consortia & networks, and luxury tour operators. Responsible for all facets of strategic account management across seller’s portfolio of accounts, including the development, evolution and execution of strategic account plans, account progress updates for internal and external stakeholders, RFP’s, communicating brand differentiation through brand programs, agency events, roadshows, tradeshows, next-gen initiatives, B2B marketing and other sales activity. Coaches and develops sellers to also excel at strategic account management.
- Direct the planning and implementation of the managed account strategies and initiatives within team’s account portfolio. Manage performance-to-plan and market opportunity at all levels. Ensure sellers effectively manage assigned portfolio of accounts, accumulate, and provide to all stakeholders a deep level of knowledge in the account along with guidance on how to successfully grow market share and revenue.
- Along with Head of Global Luxury & Lifestyle Sales, responsible for goal setting and performance optimisation of customer revenue, room night and market share targets for sales team. Develop, document, and execute revenue and market share growth plans to achieve assigned targets.
- Introduce and promote to customer base, major programs and promotions as directed. This will include all loyalty programs, sales strategies, promotions, and sales initiatives.

To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in the service industry.
- 5+ years in multi-unit or corporate roles with proven expertise.
- Mastery of technical and business knowledge across multiple disciplines and processes relevant to the role.
- Extensive sales experience in driving revenue and growth.
- Proven track record in client management for large, complex luxury accounts.
- 3+ years of leadership experience (direct or indirect) is highly preferred.
- Ability to navigate diverse and fast-paced environments with strategic insight.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with high-value clients.
- Strong understanding of the luxury and lifestyle segment and its unique demands.
- Proven ability to mentor and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
- A track record of building trust and confidence with senior executives.
