Your day to day
- Ensure the spa area, treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, and wet areas (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi) are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked.
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session, ensuring they meet hygiene and presentation standards.
- Provide guests with towels, robes, slippers, and any necessary amenities for their spa experience.
- Assist therapists by setting up and replenishing treatment materials as needed.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness in locker rooms, showers, and common spa areas throughout the day.
- Assist guests with spa-related inquiries, guiding them through the facilities and ensuring they feel comfortable.
- Replenish spa refreshments, such as infused water, tea, and snacks, keeping them fresh and well-presented.
- Report any maintenance issues, broken equipment, or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Support the spa team with administrative tasks such as booking appointments and managing inventory when needed.
- Uphold the hotel's luxury standards, providing exceptional service and hospitality to all spa guests.
What we need from you
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or spa is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Basic understanding of spa services and wellness treatments is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to assist in all areas of the spa.
