Your day to day:
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Assist with posting job descriptions on various platforms.
- Screen resumes for basic qualifications and forward suitable candidates to the HR Manager.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication.
- Prepare new hire paperwork and assist with onboarding logistics.
- Conduct basic new hire orientations, covering company policies and procedures.
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HR information system.
- Assist with processing payroll-related paperwork.
- Help administer employee benefits enrollment and changes.
- Answer basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- File and organize HR documents.
Employee Relations
- Assist with coordinating employee events and recognition programs.
- Help maintain employee communication boards and intranet updates.
- Assist in gathering information for employee relations investigations.
- Act as a point of contact for basic employee questions.
Training and Development
- Assist with scheduling training sessions and booking training rooms.
- Prepare training materials and handouts.
- Track employee training attendance and maintain records.
- Help with gathering feedback from training sessions.
Compliance
- Assist with maintaining compliance files and documentation.
- Help with basic HR audits and data verification.
- Stay informed on basic labor laws and regulations.
- Help in the process of ensuring that all employee files are compliant.
Reporting
- Assist with generating basic HR reports.
- Help compile data for HR metrics reporting.
- Assist in maintaining HR spreadsheets and databases.
- Help in creating presentations of HR Data.
