Your Day-To-Day:
- Support & initiate ideas for Job Advertisement activities both online & offline.
- Be an active part in employer branding, job fair activities, advertising resort brand to potential candidates
- Support filter profiles, CVs and organize the recruitment database for use by assigned persons (if required)
- Support perform screening interviews in-person or online with candidates. (if required)
- Support set up schedule and arrange interviews for HR leaders or department leaders as required. (if required)
- Support administration and organizing annual staff satisfaction survey
- Arrange for welcome onboard and Orientation to new comers.
- Assist in maintaining and creating a positive atmosphere within the hotel that allows for open two way communication and ensures morale and productivity reach the highest possible levels, achieving colleagues' satisfaction.
- Organize and execute a wide range of employee engagement events, such as team-building activities, holiday celebrations, and wellness workshops.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment, to ensure seamless execution of events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and improve future events
- Develop and manage wellness programs aimed at promoting physical and mental well-being among employees.
- Partner with external vendors and health professionals to offer educational sessions, fitness classes, and other wellness initiatives
- Monitor participation and assess the effectiveness of wellness programs through employee feedback and data analysis
- Develop creative ways to celebrate and implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge outstanding performance, milestones, and contributions.
- Create compelling communication channels, such as intranet portals and social media platforms, to engage employees and generate excitement
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure their voices and suggestions are heard and considered in activity planning
- Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety
- Be a friendly face and helping hand to our guests
- Look smart - wear your uniform with pride
- Other ad-hoc duties-unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done
- May assist with other duties as assigned by management
What we need from you:
Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
Service years in the field: At least 01 years
Knowledge and skills:
Good communication
Proficient in MS Office
Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, organizational abilities
Ability to engage others in support
Language: Good English
