The Product Program Manager, Workforce Platforms is a hybrid role bridging product ownership and program execution within IHG’s Workforce Platforms. This individual serves as the connective tissue between technology delivery teams and HR Business Partners – This hybrid role combines product management, program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and delivery support to ensure HR technology solutions meet business needs and are delivered effectively.
The role will serve as a key liaison between Technology teams, HR business partners, and program leadership, helping translate business requirements into actionable product and delivery plans. The individual will support key workforce platform initiatives, manage timelines, integrations, stakeholder alignment, and execution across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings both a product mindset (what should be built and why) and program rigor (how it gets delivered, by when, and by whom).
Your Day to Day
1. HR Business Partner Liaison & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary interface between Workforce Technology and HR Business Partners across business units and geographies
Translate HR operational requirements into structured product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Facilitate working sessions and discovery workshops to elicit, clarify, and validate stakeholder needs
Communicate platform changes, release timelines, and integration impacts to HR audiences in accessible, non-technical language
Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively surface risks or trade-offs that affect HR operations
2. Program & Timeline Management Support
Partner closely with the Workforce Technology Program Manager to maintain integrated project plans, delivery milestones, and RAID logs
Track progress across concurrent HCM workstreams and surface timeline risks, blockers, and dependencies in a timely manner
Prepare and distribute status updates, steering committee materials, and executive-level reporting
Facilitate sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and cross-team dependency meetings
Coordinate across Accenture delivery partners and India-based engineering teams to ensure alignment and accountability
3. Product Management – Oracle HCM & Workforce Platforms
Own product backlog hygiene and prioritization for assigned Oracle HCM modules in partnership with technical leads
Define and document functional requirements for platform enhancements, configuration changes, and new capability rollouts while working closely with HCM BA.
Maintain product roadmap artifacts for the Workforce Platforms domain; ensure alignment with IHG enterprise architecture direction
What We Need from You
4–7 years of experience in a product management, program management, or business analyst role within an enterprise technology environment
Demonstrated experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, or Workforce Management modules)
Familiarity with HCM integration patterns, middleware platforms (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud / OIC), and data mapping concepts
Experience serving as a liaison between HR business stakeholders and technology delivery teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in an Agile or hybrid delivery environment
Preferred
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM integrations to workforce management systems (UKG Pro WFM preferred)
Familiarity with Oracle Redwood UI migration, Transaction Design Studio, or Fast Formula configuration
Travel – 10%
Location – Atlanta, GA: Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
