The Role
As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for managing reservations, assisting guests with their booking requests and maximizing room revenue through effective sales techniques while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle reservations by phone and email.
- Process bookings accurately.
- Promote hotel services and upsell rooms.
- Update reservation systems.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Sales.
- Deliver outstanding guest service.
What We're Looking For
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism.
- Experience in Reservations or Front Office preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Opera PMS knowledge is an advantage.
