Reservation supervisor manages the daily operations of the booking department, leading the reservation team and optimizing room revenue. Core duties include supervising daily bookings, training staff, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Train, coach, and schedule reservation agents to ensure high service standards.
- Operations Management: Oversee incoming room requests, group blocks, changes, and cancellations via phone, email, and online channels.
- Revenue & Inventory: Monitor room availability, rates, and market codes to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Guest Relations: Handle VIP bookings, complex requests, and escalated guest concerns professionally.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of work in a hotel reservation.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of hotel property management software like Opera PMS.
- Communication: Fluent in English with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
