We are seeking a Senior Manager for US Co-Brand Acquisitions to lead the relationship management and strategic direction of our Co-Brand Credit Card acquisitions business . This role will be pivotal in driving IHG's multi-year growth objectives for Co-Brand acquisitions, ensuring the successful execution of our ambitious plans in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will possess strong partnership skills and a strategic mindset to foster partnerships and enhance our acquisition strategies.
Your day to day
- Drive program performance to achieve target metrics for new card applications and accounts
- Lead strategy for key loyalty initiatives that actively integrate Co-Brand with IHG commercial business and optimize annual acquisition plans
- Manage the omni channel strategy and activation of new digital channels for Co-Brand acquisition offers, including development of channel enhancements, in partnership with Marketing
- Actively collaborate with partner and internal stakeholders to run the day-to-day for US Co-Brand acquisitions
- Design, develop and deliver the program’s annual acquisition offer strategy
- Analyze and monitor competitive movements of competitors’ strategies and provide critical insights and decisions based on market trends
What we need from you
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- 8-10 years of experience in partnership management
- Experience doing financial analysis to track and manage performance and draw insights and recommendations for improvement
- Demonstrated or previous experience with financial partnerships is highly preferred, but not required
The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $135,000 This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
