Role Purpose
Lead the Decision Support Functions Team to deliver finance insight to Finance Business Partners acting as a designated point of contact for senior finance stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
• Act as a day-to-day Decision Support point of contact for CFOs/SVPs and senior business finance stakeholders, supporting these stakeholders across Functions FP&A to deliver financial insight.
• Provide day-to-day financial management and analytics to support respective Finance business partners and business stakeholders.
• Manage quality, timely service delivery by the assigned Decision Support team and discuss opportunities to offer additional services.
• Oversee the planning, budgeting and forecasting, quarterly business review, and reporting outcomes for Functions.
• Liaise with Finance business partners to discuss financial performance and lead complex financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Work with Finance process owners to implement improvements in processes, systems, and procedures.
• Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team and facilitate career progression/talent rotation.
• Serve as the primary decision support contact for CFOs, SVPs, and senior finance stakeholders.
• Craft and deliver impactful communications, including executive briefs.
• Strong focus on financial oversight, including accounting and management accounts.
• Effectively work with Record-to-Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), Purchase to Pay (P2P), etc., as a senior partner.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and conduct analysis on actuals.
• Leverage the existing FP&A model to enhance financial decision-making.
• Drive process improvements and implement system enhancements.
• Understand business commercials and collaborate with key stakeholders to align financial strategies.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial reporting and analysis.

Key Skills & Experiences
• Progressive management accounting experience and achievement, underpinned by a graduate accounting qualification (CA/CMA) and excellent academics
• Commercial finance acumen, underpinned by experience in multiple disciplines within a Global finance function, with preference for leisure and hospitality or similar single unit, multi-revenue stream operations.
• Experience in coordinating planning, budgeting and forecasting, and reporting processes in a global organisation.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, lead, build and deliver through high performance teams.
• Strong relationship management and ability to influence senior stakeholders and gain consensus.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritise and delegate effectively in a fast-moving, global environment with tight deadlines.
• Preferably, experience leading teams in a centralised service delivery environment (CoE/SSC).
