Key Responsibilities Spa Operations & Guest Experience
  • Oversee the daily operations of the luxury spa, ensuring all treatments and services meet five-star standards.
  • Develop and maintain a wellness-focused spa menu, incorporating holistic therapies, signature treatments, and traditional Thai healing practices.
  • Ensure a tranquil, clean, and aesthetically pleasing spa environment, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols.
  • Maintain a guest-centric approach, ensuring personalized spa experiences and seamless service delivery.
Fitness Center & Wellness Programming
  • Manage the fitness center, ensuring state-of-the-art equipment, cleanliness, and exceptional service.
  • Develop wellness programs, including yoga, meditation, personal training, and guided fitness sessions.
  • Collaborate with external wellness experts to introduce seasonal wellness retreats, holistic therapies, and fitness events.
  • Implement membership and loyalty programs to increase guest engagement and repeat business.
Planet Trekkers (Kids’ Club) Oversight
  • Ensure a safe, engaging, and educational environment at Planet Trekkers, the hotel’s Kids’ Club.
  • Work with the Recreation and F&B teams to curate fun and culturally enriching activities for young guests.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and child-friendly hospitality practices.
Team Leadership & Training
  • Recruit, train, and mentor spa therapists, wellness instructors, fitness trainers, and kids’ club attendants.
  • Conduct regular training programs focused on luxury service, treatment techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, motivation, and continuous professional development.
Revenue Growth & Business Development
  • Develop strategic marketing campaigns to promote spa treatments, wellness packages, and fitness programs.
  • Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue from spa services, wellness memberships, and retail sales.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to promote wellness offerings via digital platforms, influencer partnerships, and special promotions.
  • Monitor key financial metrics, including revenue, cost control, and profitability, ensuring financial targets are met.
Guest Engagement & Retention
  • Build strong guest relationships by curating bespoke wellness journeys tailored to individual needs.
  • Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally, continuously enhancing offerings based on insights.
  • Introduce VIP wellness experiences, spa memberships, and long-stay wellness packages.
Brand Standards & Innovation
  • Stay updated on global wellness trends and introduce innovative treatments, fitness programs, and holistic practices.
  • Ensure all wellness facilities align with IHG brand standards and contribute to the hotel's positioning as a premier wellness destination.
  • Manage relationships with skincare, wellness, and fitness product suppliers to ensure high-quality offerings.
