Engenheiro Chefe Adjunto

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Chief Engineer in the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of all hotel systems and equipment.
- Take full responsibility for the Engineering Department when the Chief Engineer is absent.
- Prepare and submit reports, including energy consumption reports, using Excel and other computer systems.
- Monitor and control energy usage to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Communicate clearly in English with team members, other departments, and management.
- Lead and support the engineering team, and respond quickly to guest and operational requests.
- Ensure all work follows safety standards and IHG brand requirements.

Requirements
- Able to communicate in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Good computer skills, especially in Excel and reporting.
- Experience in preparing energy consumption reports.
- Background in hotel or building engineering and maintenance.
- Able to lead the team and make decisions when the Chief Engineer is not on duty.
- Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and a desire to grow within IHG.
