Greet guests with warm and friendly greetings and engagement, while introducing them to the room, amenities, and outlets of the hotel.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Greet guests with warm and friendly greetings and engagement.
Assists guests with luggage and familiarize them with their room, amenities, and outlets of the hotel.
Maintains an orderly and clean luggage storage room, lobby concierge desk and front entrance.
Qualifications and Expectations:
This position requires a minimum of formal education of some high school and a minimum of less than six months of job-related experience.
Experience in a high-level service hospitality environment.
