Your day to day
- Support the Operations team in preparing insights, reports, and materials for key business initiatives across multiple markets
- Assist with creating engaging content to support internal learning and development tools
- Help drive initiatives that enhance guest experience and strengthen customer loyalty
- Coordinate and support key stakeholder meetings and regional communications
- Provide day-to-day project and administrative support to ensure smooth operations
What we need from you
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
