Agente de reservas

We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we’re searching for a Reservation Agent with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring every reservation experience is seamless from the very first contact.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

● Handling guest reservation requests via phone, email, and other communication channels

● Providing accurate information about room availability, rates, packages, and hotel services

● Processing, updating, and confirming reservations while ensuring all guest details are accurate

● Maximising room revenue by promoting hotel services, room upgrades, and special offers

● Assisting guests with reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests

● Coordinating with Front Office and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience

What We Need from You:

● Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent preferred

● One or more years of experience in reservations, front office, or customer service, preferably in a hotel environment

● Strong communication and customer service skills

● Knowledge of hotel reservation systems preferred

● Must speak local language(s)

● Other languages preferred
