DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Campaigns
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns for the hotel's restaurants, bars, seasonal promotions, and special events.
- Develop creative marketing initiatives to increase guest traffic and food and beverage revenue.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on results.
Digital Marketing & Content
- Create and coordinate content for social media, website, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate photography, videography, and promotional materials for food and beverage outlets.
- Ensure all marketing content complies with IHG brand guidelines and hotel standards.
Promotions & Events
- Support the planning and promotion of food festivals, themed dining experiences, happy hours, holiday promotions, and other special events.
- Coordinate with external partners, influencers, media, and suppliers when required.
- Assist in organizing media visits, promotional launches, and public relations activities.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to understand business needs and promotional priorities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations to maximize promotional opportunities.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Market Research & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences.
- Track campaign performance, social media engagement, and promotional results.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and recommendations for management.
Brand Standards & Compliance
- Ensure all marketing materials reflect the hotel's brand identity and comply with IHG brand standards.
- Maintain consistency across all marketing channels and promotional activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, hospitality, food and beverage marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with graphic design, content management, or digital marketing tools is an advantage.
