DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned market segments.

  • Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and presentations to promote hotel products and services.

  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and quotations for clients.

  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and business partners.

Account Management

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize revenue opportunities.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and account updates.

Revenue Generation

  • Achieve individual and departmental sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Promote hotel facilities including rooms, meetings, conferences, and events.

  • Coordinate with Revenue Management to optimize rates and availability.

Client Relations

  • Ensure prompt responses to client inquiries and requests.

  • Conduct site inspections and hotel presentations for prospective clients.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle client concerns effectively.

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with Reservations, Banquets, Front Office, and other operational departments to ensure smooth execution of bookings and events.

  • Participate in sales meetings, strategy discussions, and training sessions.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.

  • Goal-oriented with strong sales and presentation skills.
