Steward

Are you hardworking, reliable, and committed to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards? We are looking for a Steward who will support kitchen and food & beverage operations by ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized back-of-house environment.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchens, dishwashing areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Operating dishwashing machines and handling cleaning chemicals safely.
• Supporting kitchen and F&B teams during service by ensuring timely availability of clean equipment.
• Assisting with garbage disposal and waste segregation as per hotel procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
• Storing cleaned items properly and maintaining organized storage areas.
• Assisting during banquets and events as required.
• Following hotel SOPs, safety guidelines, and cleanliness standards at all times.

What we need from you:

• Previous experience as a Steward or Kitchen Helper is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleaning procedures.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours and handle cleaning tasks.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Basic communication skills in English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
• Honest, reliable, and a good team player.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
