Duties and Responsibilities工作职责

  • Strictly follow the rules of the pool.Obey the arrangement of the leader
  • 严格遵守泳池的规章制度,服从领导的安排。
  • Familiar with swimming pool knowledge
  • 熟悉掌握泳池的相关知识。
  • Treat guests with patience everything must be done ,everything must be answered:
  • 对待客人耐心接待,有事从办,有问必答
  • Ensure the safety of guests
  • 保证客人的安全

 

  • Maintain chemical supplies
  • 做好本岗位的清洁工作和消毒工作
  1. Prepare requisitions for depleted supplies
  • 完成领导交办的其它工作
  • Check guest items on receipt for damage and record any findings
  • 在接到客人衣物时检查有无破损,并对发现的结果进行记录。
  • Attends to outside customers and guests courteously 
  • 对外部客户和客人提供及时礼貌的关照。
  • Maintains working area and equipment in proper state of cleanliness and repair 
  • 保持工作区域和设备得到良好的清洁和修缮 。
  • Reports guest complaints to superior immediately 
  • 及时向上级反映客户的投诉情况。
  • Complies with Hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policies and adheres to conduct personal grooming  and hygiene standards 
  • 遵守酒店的健康、安全和卫生政策,并遵守个人仪容和卫生标准。
  • Attends meetings and training sessions as required
  • 按要求参加会议和培训活动。
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned 
  • 完成分派的其它任务。

技能要求 

  • Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

Qualifications –

学历

  • High School or equivalent
  • 高中或相当的学历

 

Experience –

经验

  • 3-5 year swimming pool in laundry operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 拥有3-5年泳池工作经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景
