Your day to day 

  • Responsible for all calls incoming to the Housekeeping Coordinator Desk and to convey the messages accordingly.
  • Receive, record, and transmit guest requests accurately.
  • Maintain records related to day-to-day operations of Housekeeping.
  • Report guest complaints/issues, if any, to Housekeeping Manager and communicate within Rooms Division for prompt follow-up recovery actions.
  • Maintain key cards control, responsible for the department keys and room master key cards.
  • Maintain and update the Housekeeping data board with the required information.
