Job Summary

• Assists in the management of the process and delivery of conferences and meetings.
• Supports the C&B Sales Manager in all aspects of event planning and execution.

Required Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.        

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in hospitality, event management, or related field preferred.

Experience

• At least two years of experience in the hospitality industry or event planning preferred.
