Are you passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences? We are seeking an energetic, professional, and service-oriented Cocktail Server to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests in the dining room, lounge, and bar areas.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, beverage offerings, and daily specials.
- Ensure tables and service areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready.
- Process guest payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with bartenders, servers, and management to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and responsible alcohol service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
