Your daily tasks will vary, but you'll primarily be responsible for:

• Performing cleaning duties in guest rooms and public areas to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards
• Assisting with the inventory, stocking, and organization of cleaning supplies and equipment to support our eco-friendly initiatives
• Collaborating in the development and execution of cost-effective budgets to optimize profitability
• Fulfilling special requests from guests, VIPs, and club members promptly and with meticulous attention to detail
• Participating in deep cleaning projects as needed and providing support to your team during peak periods
• Educating team members on the importance of adhering to all relevant laws and safety regulations

What We're Looking For:

• Exceptional communication skills and a knack for building strong interpersonal relationships
• Proficiency in business-related language and tools
• Experience in a hospitality or related setting
• Fluency in English
• Additional qualifications may be required based on brand standards.
