We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we’re searching for an Sales Manager with a track record of driving sales and smashing targets to help us fill our rooms, meeting suites and banquet halls.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mainly be responsible for:
Managing daily sales activities and contributing to the achievement of hotel revenue goals.
Meeting individual and team sales targets to maximize profitability.
Implementing sales plans to increase occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), food & beverage revenue, and banquet business.
Preparing and reviewing monthly sales reports to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and local businesses.
Working closely with the Director of Sales and the sales team to execute commercial strategies and secure new business opportunities.
Identifying potential clients through proactive sales calls, site inspections, and networking activities.
What we need from you:
Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in hotel or hospitality sales and marketing.
Strong knowledge of the local business environment and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
