A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Create a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues. 
• Conduct floor patrols during tour of duty.
• Enforce all hotel and security rules and regulations.
• Ensure that any violations to law or hotel policy is investigated and reported.
• Act as a member of the Emergency Response Team, responding in cases of fire, accident, safety concerns and calls for medical assistance.
• Respond to all emergency situations and provide First Aid and C.P.R. as required.

What we need from you

• Must enjoy interacting with guests.
• Must have current CPR & First Aid certification or be able to get it within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to communicate with guests in English is essential, a second language would be helpful.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Honest, trustworthy, discreet and careful with confidential information.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Must be able to actively patrol property both indoors and out.
• Computer literate. Prefer Microsoft Office proficiency.
