1. 能够及时发现并了解客人的需求，并及时反馈给上級，保证优质的服务，确保达到福布斯标准。
2. 与其他部门以及相关供应商保持沟通，确保优质服务。协调健身中心设施与设备的保养工作。检查前台各种表格，询问备用金、停车卷、会员及客人的签到情况。
3. 监督并确保在所有班次中清洁维护工作均按照规定顺利执行。
4. 熟知部门工作的标准程序。确保所有员工熟知丽晶的品牌服务准则以及福布斯五星服务标准。按时参加并参与相关培训计划的制定与开展。负责制定实施新员工的详细入职计划。
5. 保证泳池清洁设备的良好状态，存在问题及时报修维护时刻关注老人、儿童在游泳内的活动情况，并对客人的安全问题时刻保持高度警惕。
6. 熟知公司安全条例，急救，防火及紧急事件处理程序，并能够安全机智地操作相关设备。对危险情况能够随机应变采取行动，并将潜在危险向主管报告
1. 具有泳池救生员相关证书。
2. 良好的沟通协调能力。
3. 持有专业的健身理论和实操证书以及急救或心肺复苏等相关证书(救生証)。
4. 2年及以上的健身房工作经验。有丰富的健身指导和器械运营管理经验。
5. 熟悉基本办公软件。
