4.负责控制食品、酒水及人工成本控制；
5.能主动处理客户投诉或紧急情况。
1.具有相关岗位五星级酒店或高级餐厅一年以上工作经验；
2.具有扎实及广泛的食品及酒水知识；
3.熟练的英语服务及沟通能力；
4.具有较强服务意识、责任感及组织协调能力。
