1. 与会务统筹部门协调工作，及时传达客人的特定需求，确保活动高效有序开展并达成预期目标。
2. 主导店内客户对接工作，维护客户关系网络，及时响应并处理客户需求与反馈，提升客户满意度。
3. 收集并分析会务及店内运营数据，定期提交工作报告，为销售策略优化提供支持。
4. 协同团队完成业绩指标，参与销售方案制定，确保活动与销售目标紧密结合。
1. 大专及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理、会展策划或相关专业背景。
2. 具备3年以上销售、活动策划或客户对接相关工作经验，熟悉会议组织流程及店内运营模式。
3. 优秀的沟通协调能力与谈判技巧，能高效处理多方关系并解决突发问题。
4. 熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel、PPT），具备基础数据分析能力及文档撰写经验。
5. 工作积极主动，责任心强，能适应短期出差及灵活工作时间安排。
