Hiring Salary: 5000 - 5500
1、负责酒店食品安全卫生工作
2、充分了解本地的卫生法律和法规
3、详细了解危害分析与关键控制点和食品安全管理体系
4、建立食品卫生管理档案，保存各种检查记录
5、有培训、审计等方面的工作经验，组织酒店员工进行卫生法律和卫生知识培训
6、 严格遵守所有生食和熟食分离的程序；
7、 执行消毒/杀菌程序；
8、 食品制备/仓库管理员/成本控制/管事/食品加工的每周检查清单；
9、 食品安全培训月度报告；
10、 完善酒店质量管理体系，和当地所属的食品监督所保持良好的工作关系；
11、 到酒店服务工作现场监督检查，并组织酒店质量安全会议，提出处理。
1. 大专以上学历，食品卫生类专业优先，1年以上同岗位工作经验；
2. 熟悉食品安全相关法律法规及行业标准，具备食品安全管理基础知识；
3. 良好的沟通协调能力，能够与各部门协作推动食品安全措施落地；
4. 熟练操作办公软件，英语良好；
5. 协助餐饮总监及行政总厨处理日常行政事务
6. 负责部门考勤，休假，培训记录等日常人事行政工作，并按要求提交相关报表
