InterContinental Mzaar Lebanon Mountain Resort and Spa is looking to hire an Assistant Security Manager.

The InterContinental Mzaar is located in the heart of the Lebanese Mountains, with 140 rooms and suites along with a variety of F&B outlets and banquet facilities in Lebanon.

The Assistant Security Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and property, while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

 Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.

• Oversee security staff and operations, including training, scheduling, and performance management.

• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

• Manage emergency response procedures and coordinate with local authorities.

• Investigate security incidents and prepare reports as needed.

• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to security.

• Ensure the compliance to Brand Safety Standards and Fire Life Safety requirements.

What We need from you:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security management role, preferably in 5- star hotel environment/ Background 

• University Degree/ Diploma/ Certification or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and regulations

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.

• Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal
