1. 制定并执行公司整体销售与市场营销战略，统筹品牌建设、市场推广、渠道拓展及销售目标达成；
2. 负责销售团队与市场团队的组织搭建、绩效管理与人才培养，推动跨部门协同落地营销计划；
3. 深入分析行业趋势、竞争格局及客户行为，主导产品定位、定价策略及营销活动策划，提升市场份额与品牌影响力；
4. 管理年度销售预算与市场费用投入，监控关键业绩指标（KPI），定期向管理层汇报业务进展与优化建议；
5. 建立并维护重点客户、合作伙伴及渠道关系，推动大客户销售及战略性合作项目落地。
1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理、经济学或相关专业优先；
2. 具备5年以上销售与市场营销复合型管理经验，其中至少3年在同等品牌集团酒店担任市场销售总监或同等职级岗位；
3. 熟悉酒店全渠道营销体系（线上+线下）、销售流程管理及团队规模化建设；
4. 具备出色的商业洞察力、战略规划能力与跨部门推动力；
5. 优秀的沟通协调能力、团队领导力与客户谈判能力，具备较强的结果导向意识和抗压能力。
